Sweet Mud
Israel - 1974 - On a secluded kibbutz in the desert, 12-year-old Dvir realizes that his mother is mentally ill. In this closed community, Dvir navigates between the kibbutz's absurd attempts to implement the ideal of equality and the painful reality that his mother has been abandoned by their community. Dvir tries to save his mother until he is forced to make a chilling decision thatwill change his life forever.
The movie won several awards in the last "Israeli cinema Ofir awards" included: the best movie, the best artistic design, the best soundtrack and the best composer awardds. The soundtrack includes eight minutes from Beethoven's classic peace "Pathetique" from KPM classical Series.

Love and Dance (Half Russian Story)
Chen, a young boy, is battling a cultural conflict between his Russian born mother and Israeli father. One day, Chen stumbles upon a ballroom dance class for young people and sees Natalie, a stunning Russian young girl he falls in love with immediately. His interest in Natalie leads him to taking ballroom dancing and to ultimately bridging the cultural divide of his own family - through the Cha Cha Cha and the Tango. The teachers are a pair of former Russian world champions who never quite fulfilled their potential, but find themselves battling their demons through the instructions of the kids.

The soundtrack of the movie inlcludes lot's of dance music from our libraries and songs from our cataloges.

Three Mothers
Rosse, Flora and Jasmine were born in Alexandria, Egypt in 1943 and as a rare triplet were blessed by King Faruk. Today they live together in Israel, their lives clouded by secrets and lies from the past. Flora has just retired, Rose, once a popular singer, is dreaming of a comeback and Jasmine needs an urgent kidney transplant. In their desperation they reach "This is Your Life", where Rose's only daughter Rocha works, to tell her their story so that they can clear their conscience and also find Flora's long lost son who was given up for adoption in mysterious circumstances. Following the stories of her mother and aunts, Rocha's world disintegrates and repressed childhood memories slowly surface. "Three Mothers" is a story of three sisters who stuck together through thick and thin, sacrificing their families and themselves out of infinite loyalty to each other while paying a heavy price for doing so.

The soundtrack of the film include the tracks "Fairy Tale (Conte De Fee)" from Bruton and " Eternel Paname" from Music Shop.

The movie won the "Volgin award" in the Jerusalem Festival and two awards in the last Israeli Ofir awards. It was shown at the Hampton Festival in USA and the San Paulo festival in Brazil.

The Last Rebels
The documentary movie "The Last Rebels" is the story of 6 people that fought in the Warsaw Ghetto and stayed alive. Four of them live in Israel, one in Poland and one in Canada. All of them are in the age of 80 or more. Even though they took part in one of the important events in the last century, they are anonymous.

The story gives the last chance to know them and to hear their story from their personal point of view, and the way they understand it 60 years later, is a very different way from the way it's been thought of by the Israeli culture.

Part of Bizet's opera "JE CROIS ENTENDRE ENCORE" from Extreme library was used in the soundtrack of the movie.

Days of Science Fiction
It's the days of the end of the summer. Aliens are landing next to the white house, groups of zombies walk in the streets, space ships are flying around planets and many Israelis are hooked to the TV screens. YES - the satellite TV, closed the summer with a month of sience fiction and horror, with series like "Battle Star Galactica" and movies such as "BugiMan", "Constantin", "The Grudge" and more.
If that's not enough, YES invited the viewers to produce their own sci-fi movies. YES selected five tracks from our libraries and have uploaded them to their web site. The viewers can use these tracks in their movies as soundtrack, and the best movies will be broadcast during December 06.

Health Campaign of Nickelodeon
Nickelodeon, the channel for children, took the responsibility of explaining to children the importance of healthy nutrition and sport activities. To do so, they produced ten clips which were designed by Shortcut. The narration was done by the popular actor Ofer Shecter.
Annany Tikshoret invested 1.5 million shekels in the campaign and will broadcast it in three of their channels: Nickelodeon, The Good Life Channel and the Health Channel. Several tracks from our libraries were selected by Jungle Sound as soundtrack of the campaign.

Thin and Beautiful
"Beautiful", Cristina Aguillera's smashing hit, was selected to promote the Israeli version of NBC's reality show "The Biggest Loser". The series follows a group of very fat people in their struggle to loose weight, the hard process, the breaks and the success.
The show was broadcast on Channel 10.
"Beautiful" is represent by MMG via Universal catalogue.

Young Inventors
"Galileo" is a program of the "Challenges Group" that works with children around the country. The program tries to develop children's inventive skills and scientific thinking. Every year the group joins Logi TV Channel in a competition for the best invention. The event was broadcast on Logi, with many stars that children love. The soundtrack of the last program was based on MMG's library music.
