Cherry Lane Music Publishing has signed a worldwide co-publishing deal with composer, songwriter and producer Shuki Levy. Levy has garnered 15 gold and platinum records with sales in excess of 14 million records worldwide. Some of the renowned artists that have recorded his music include Gladys Knight, Mya, Dion Warwick, Travis Tritt, Ziggy Marley and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. He has also scored over a dozen feature and television films, composed the music for 130 television shows, served as producer for Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie and executive producer, writer and director of Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie.

Israeli-born, and a self-taught musician who founded one of his country’s first rock groups, Levy was the driving creative force behind Saban Entertainment, a children's programming giant that he founded with his longtime friend and partner, Haim Saban. Levy's vision, imagination and creative energy helped launch such kid's entertainment and marketing phenomena as Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers, V.R. Troopers and Big, Bad Beatleborgs. Saban Entertainment grew into one of the largest independent producers and distributors of children's programming in the world before partnering with Rupert Murdoch to acquire the Family Channel and The Fox Kids Network, making the company a formidable force in the broadcasting world as well.

Currently Levy is at work on a new musical for the stage, Masada. The show focuses on a troupe of courageous actors trapped in the Warsaw ghetto. To save their own lives, the actors perform a historic retelling of Masada, a love story that transcends time and place.
