Roni Superstar the Israeli hit machine chooses to
cover works published by Air Chrysalis through their
deal with BMG International.
Roni Duany the gold selling artist who was named "artist
of the week" on MTV-Europe's International chart
will cover two songs composed by Air Chrysalis writers.
The songs will be included in her second album "Sir"
(PopArt 2005).
"Ulay" (originally called Alive) was written
by Chrysalis Norway based writer / producer Jan "Janski"
Lindvaag along with Thomas Heyerdahl and Rune Helmers.
Janski is a member of the DeepFrost production team.
He's had cuts with acts like Samantha Mumba (UK), Nikki
Webster (platinum AU), Scandal'Us (platinum AU), TikTak
(double platinum FI) and recently a #1 hit in Holland
with the popgroup Chipz. As a producer he's worked with
Stevie Wonder (remix work), A*Teens and Lee Ryan from
Blue.
"Im Ata Rotze Oti" (originally called Can
You Realy Handle Me) was written by Niclas Ulfekdt along
with David Moses and Melissa N'Dianye. Niclas is one
of Chrysalis younger writers, he has already gained
much interest from both labels and writers alike. He
has a great ability with melodies, especially when it
comes to writing great hooks. Niclas is 24 years old
and comes from a small town in northern Sweden. This
is one of Niclas first major cuts.
The two first singles that were released from the album
"Sir" have reached the top of the Israeli
charts and the same success is promised for the two
up coming titles that one of the was already chosen
to be used in a commercial in local TV and radio.
