What a great year for BMG-Zomba. They took home a slew of awards at last month's ASCAP and BMI Pop Awards. Both performing rights societies honored the most performed songs of 2004. They also represent six nominations at the BET Awards, which honor the best in urban and gospel music. The 2005 BET Awards will air live from Hollywood on June 28.

"Winning these ASCAP and BMI awards cap off a remarkable 2004, the best year in BMG Music Publishing's history," said Nicholas Firth (Chairman, BMG Music Publishing Worldwide). "More than ever, 2004 showed remarkable diversity at pop radio-- from pop and rock to hip-hop and country songs -- and we are proud to represent the year's biggest hits in each of these genres."
