Registration is not enough. Placing and plugging is not enough. Once registered, placed or plugged we cannot rely on luck to bring the money in.

To this end we have developed many sub systems to insure payments:

A monthly report that cross-references registrations that were sent to ACUM with the registrations made by them.
A report that can verify payments of cue sheets that we sent to ACUM. The report includes only programming that were actually used and paid for by the broadcasters.
An analyzing tool of suspense files (UP files) to find unallocated income.
An analyzing tool to find programming that was used in Israel that do not have cue sheets and have titles under our control (FLICS file analyzer).
